He understands the physical issues a wheelchair user deals with & gets to the root of the problem right away. I'm asking specifically for him from now on, if possible. He's also a very pleasant person to work with, in general. Thank you.

Today they sent out Joe the mastertech and he is the guy you hope they're going to send. He is personable and knowledgeable and patient. This guy was good. Really good.

Brian has never responded to my calls or emails nor have his leadership team. When my daughter’s OT tracked him down yesterday, he informed her that insurance denied my daughter’s bath chair, which is a lie. It was never submitted. I called them and verified. Brian did not do his job, and neither did his leadership team. Horrible rep and horrible company.
