  I have always had a great experience at Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center. The service is excellent, the staff are always professional and patient, and they always explain everything clearly. I have received helpful information about mum's hearing and on-going hearing aid care. I highly recommend Miracle-Ear San Diego.

  I got an ad inviting me to check my hearing and decided to take a chance and I’m so glad I did! I had a great experience at Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center. The service was excellent, the staff were professional and patient, and they explained everything clearly. I received helpful information about my hearing, and the whole process was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting quality care and trustworthy guidance.

  Rachel and Emily were top notch professional! I needed tip replacements for my hearing aids while traveling. Not only did they have the correct replacements I needed, they also insisted on thoroughly cleaning my hearing aids. Thank you!

  If you or your loved ones are questioning possible hearing problems, I highly recommend that you call/visit this Miracle-Ear location in University City. I used my Cigna Health Insurance app to find an audiologist in my area to have my hearing checked at the urge of my partner, to help find out if I have a hearing problem, or a 'listening' problem 😅. I called two other businesses, a clinic and a local hospital's audiology services department and was told that appointments were being scheduled for next year (2026) and they did not have anything available (it's currently September 2025). Then I saw this Miracle-Ear center was also covered by my insurance and recommended for audiology, and when I called, Emily was very helpful in getting my information and providing me some details on what to expect, for a NEXT-DAY appointment! When I arrived, Emily and Tiffany greeted me and were very informed and helpful while I answered some additional questions on a pre-assesment survey. My hearing assessment was performed by Tiffany, and she was very thorough, caring, and knowledgeable while giving me an overview and explanation of the human ear, and the parts and components that make up our hearing system, along with very helpful information on the effects hearing-loss can have, even on our mental-health - with cited studies. Then, I went into a type of sound-box with the hearing test equipment, where Tiffany guided me through a variety of tone, speech, and noise tests to assess my hearing, and showed me the results graphically on a chart. I feel like I really learned a lot, and even though my results indicated that my hearing is currently in the normal range (so I may just have a problem 'listening' to my partner 😅), I was able to note what parts of my hearing were approaching the borderline of the range that would possibly benefit from hearing assistance in the future, so Tiffany recommended I come back every few years to re-assess as I get older or notice any hearing degradation over the coming years. Emily and Tiffany were very polite and helpful, and I really appreciated that there was no pressure to sell me hearing aids when I did not actually need them. I felt very confident in the results of the testing, and that they have their patient/customer's best-interests in mind. I was even more amazed that there was no charge for the hearing test, upon finding it it that my hearing was normal. Once again, if you or your loved ones are questioning your hearing, it doesn't hurt to call this Miracle-Ear and set up an appointment, they will take care of you.
