- PGPam GonzalesFeb 19, 20265.0I cannot recommend this approach to weight loss enough! I was a little nervous but Russ and Oliva are wonderful people to work with. I like the weekly text and that they check in with me on how I feel and remind me to up my protein weekly. The shots do make you forget to eat 🤣🤣. Thats gotta be a first for me. I have lost a total of 20 lbs and the price is reasonable.
