    I had private training with Kayla! She not only kept me motivated but she gave me results I could feel and see with in 6 weeks ! Thank you Kayla and LIV FIT gym facility!

    I give this gym a 5 star rating for multiple reasons. 1. The location is great it is next to the 15, 163, 805, and 8 freeway. Super convenient for when there is a lot of traffic during the week. 2. The cleanliness of this gym is amazing, even the men’s restroom. Nothing like a 24 Hour or LA Fitness. 3. The positive and encouraging attitudes of all their staff make me want to crush my workout every time. Great trainers! 4. It has such a great ambiance for all seasons of the year. I’ve been training here since its first opening 2 years ago and I love that they decorate during every holiday season. If you want a private, clean, and exciting gym atmosphere I’d highly recommend you check it out. (Side Note: They have meal preps and there fireeeee) Love the French Toast with eggs and Breakfast Burrito…

    LIVFIT gym facility is home of the most elite trainers in San Diego. The space is clean, spacious and carefully thought out with top tier machines and equipment. The community here will become second family to anyone who steps foot into the door. We all come not only to work on ourselves, but even more importantly to motivate each other. I love to see our family growing more and more each month. If you’re looking for an AMAZING community to be a part of while you build your dream body through the care of our amazing team, look no further. LIVFIT is the gym for you.

    I start every Monday morning off at LivFit and it is the highlight of my week! Selena is not only a great trainer but such a sweet and caring individual! We do not provide day passes as we operate as a private training facility exclusively for personal trainers and their clients.

Do you offer boot camp classes?

Indeed, we provide Babes classes on weekdays. These are scheduled Monday through Thursday at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., with Friday classes at 6 a.m. Additionally, we host two to three Saturday classes at 8 a.m. each month.
