  Terrible clinic. They are far more concerned about insurance than they are about helping you with your medical condition. Avoid.

  I arrived exactly at 11a.m. for my work injury medical appointment. My work injury occurred more than 5 years ago and I needed a medical exam clearance for surgery. Approximately 45 minutes later after filling out paperwork I had my vitals taken and bloodwork drawn. Next I was sent into a room for an EKG which took just a few minutes. Tge assistant told me the MD would be in shortly. I waited in a chair for at least 30 minutes and tge lights automatically shut off. I asked what is going on it’s 12:40, I haven’t been seen by the MD and the lights went off. The MA said I was late and had a 9a.m appt. In NO WAY did I schedule a 09a.m. appointment when I live one hour away and I had a business phone appointment at 08 to work on a family members trust which I attended. I was not only lied to but shamed which I do not tolerate just because I’m a work injured patient. When I did see Dr Q he even asked me if I thought XYZ Hospital (my former workplace ) had a lot of money! I have daily pain and walk with a limp and fall a lot and have not received one flat dime! I’ve had 3 disks removed from my neck and a muscle reattached to my L shoulder. My R bicep is detached also but not repairable. I’m not able to do any lifting and my job as an RN is over. I do NOT recommend this facility for anyone who has been injured through their work based upon the disrespectful and lying behavior I received. NO MEDICAL FACILITY SHOULD TREAT AN INJURED WORKER HOW I WAS TREATED.

  Very robotic/mechanical feel to every touch point in this office, especially when it comes to interacting with the physician. Doctor was more concerned with hunting and pecking on the keyboard to enter in the answers to the same questions I filled out in the 10+ pages of new patient forms, then he was actually getting to know a new patient and/or having a basic human introduction to a new client. Staff and Nurses were nice enough, but also very rushed and not personable w/their interactions.

  Never come here!! U will wait for decades to see the doctor, even though there is nobody in here. The holy doctor is not gonna show up.

  I'm from out of town and need to see a doctor for an awful cold. I arrived at the center before anyone even the staff so that made me first in line. Well...after 2 freaking hours the doctor finally showed his face. Thank goodness he was pleasant And I wasn't in a hurry
