I had a great experience at LensCrafters at Fashion Valley. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly at check-in, and my appointment ran right on time—always appreciated.
The exam itself was thorough, and everything was explained clearly along the way. After a long workday my eyes were definitely tired, but the team was patient and accommodating throughout all of the testing. Nina was especially wonderful. She took the time to explain each step of the exam and worked with me to adapt the vision testing based on the difficulty I shared. With astigmatism, determining the “best” visual acuity can be tricky when comparing options, and she handled that thoughtfully and professionally.
The frame selection was excellent, and the assistance in finding the right pair for my needs and personal style was truly exceptional. I tried on quite a few pairs, and the team really listened to my preferences while helping me narrow down frames that worked best for my face and lifestyle.
While I was a little disappointed that the specific glasses I had picked out online weren’t available in-store, they made up for it by doing a virtual try-on right there, which was a helpful alternative.
Overall, the service was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely patient-focused. I left feeling confident in both my prescription and my frame choice. I would absolutely recommend this location.

My exam with Nina was terrific. I leaned my left eye’s vision has changed and that my previous purchased glasses from LensCrafters had the wrong prescription. Thank you!
