She makes you feel so comfortable, and I absolutely loved the flow of her class and the soundtrack. I got such a great workout, and she was so encouraging and attentive with my form. I walked in not feeling my best and left class feeling like a million bucks. Can’t wait to go back.. HIGHLY recommend!

I thought the yogi lifestyle, wouldn't just allow plants to die in the heat of the sun if they are potted. But the important lesson I learned was, humans can't wait for "rain" to take care of the things we obligated ourselves to take care of.
