Her class is perfectly paced, the instructions are clear and easy to follow, and her energy really keeps everyone motivated. I really appreciate how she balances medium to high intensity with great guidance and flow. I got an amazing sweat and a fantastic workout. She is truly awesome and I’m very impressed with her skills and presence as a Yoga teacher.”
