- LDLaura DelgleizeFeb 3, 20265.0I'm very happy with my first month here at this studio. They have so many classes because they have 2 studios. So far I've taken the Center & Balance and Flow 1 classes with too many instructors to count. The classes are varied between the instructors and that makes the classes interesting. I'm looking forward to leveling up. I wanted to add that I do have health issues and I am able to go at my own pace and ability. If you take the intro class you really only have time to try the reformer but there are other pieces of equipment they use during classes.
