  Went for an intro class a month ago and bought a package and started booking my classes. I could book only 8 classes in my package. Took a few classes and all my aches and pains were gone. I really enjoy doing it but the biggest draw back is getting a class of your choice suiting your day and time. You get waitlisted and just 12 hours before would know if you get that time slot or not. This means you cannot plan stuff ahead of time. I couldnt get a class theice last week despite being on waitlist. Dont plan to renew.

  Tried the 30 min free trial class today. First time trying Pilates - it was fun and challenging for this not-so-graceful older woman. :) Dayna was a wonderful instructor- energetic, knowledgeable and patient! Space itself was bright and clean and everything seemed brand new and well-maintained. Reception was a very warm and efficient experience too. Highly recommend giving it a try if you are remotely interested.

  Gabriella’s classes are always energetic and a great workout. She gives precise instructions. My personal favorite is her cardio sculpt class.

  Fabulous variety of classes offered. Favorite instructor is Brooklyn! I enjoy the fun flow of her classes and how she challenges me every session. Always a great workout!
