I’ve taken reformer classes before, but recently underwent back surgery so I’ve been slow to get back to where I was at prior to my surgery— this class was a perfect level! I took the Reformer Flow 1.5 class and I felt like Brooklyn did a great job of preparing us for the next exercise while we were finishing the current one so we knew where to go next. I didn’t feel lost and I felt her pacing with adding in challenges was also very productive! I hope to take her class again soon!
