I trained at Body Fit Training for about two months before ultimately canceling my membership.
Pros:
The instructors are truly excellent - extremely knowledgeable, well trained, and very supportive. I can’t emphasize enough how strong the coaching is here. The workouts are clearly science-backed, thoughtfully programmed, and very beginner-friendly. If you’re new to fitness or want a structured, guided experience, this is a big plus.
Cons (for me personally):
The cost is very high (over $200/month for an unlimited membership) which felt hard to justify long-term. The format is very group-focused, with partner and team exercises, so it’s not a “do your own thing” gym. Over time, the classes started to feel a bit repetitive and leaned more cardio-heavy than strength-focused. The overall vibe also felt somewhat cult-ish, and the member demographic skewed a bit older (30+), which may or may not matter depending on what you’re looking for.
Bottom line:
High-quality coaching and programming, but expensive and not the right fit if you prefer independent training, heavier strength focus, or more variety. Worth trying - just depends on your priorities.
