Not a fan. The workout is weights and squats- no progressive overload so your body doesn’t really change, you won’t build muscle or tone much. Even their strength training class wasn’t great. The RDLs taught is incorrectly done. You can get better Pilates workouts YouTube without the heavy price. Better yet, find a gym that offers real strength training with certified trainers. My body transform here and I learned so much. Change happens with progressive overload, and more than squat and lunges. I actually sweat, get that natural energetic high after. It’s the muscles you get from true strength training that allows you to continue to burn calories hours after the workout is done. Where form is emphasized. What’s worst is, you do the same exact routine every class at barre 3. How do you change your body with that? And I was bored to death.

I LOVE barre class! It has transformed me from the inside out. After my first pregnancy during COVID, I was exhausted and felt so empty. Barre workouts helped me become stronger not only physically, but also mentally.
After moving to SD, I’m so grateful to have found this barre3 studio near my home. The instructors and staff are very professional, informative and friendly. Barre3 is not just a workout place for me—it’s where I can deeply connect my mind and soul.
Highly recommend this place ^ - ^

I LOVE barre3! The workout is amazing! I especially love that there are many modifications so I can make the workout my own. It is the one workout I have stuck with and noticed changes in my body. Barre3 is more than just a great workout, it is a community. The front desk staff, instructors and clients are all friendly, supportive and encouraging. It is a warm and welcoming environment that puts a smile on my face every time I walk through the doors.

I've been going to this studio for over 5 years and it has been a fantastic experience. All of the Instructors are knowledgeable and always make sure we have proper form. I love how the classes are a good mix of strength and cardio, and the time flies by because the energy is so positive. The community here is always so welcoming. This is a great place to work out!

This place is awesome! There are a couple different styles of workout. I like the weight training class, which helps me with core control as well. And you can always modify the moves to suit your physical needs.
