Generally have to wait in line, ask for the script to be filled, come back some time later and maybe it’s ready, maybe I have to ask again. They have it set up so it is difficult to talk to the person behind the counter (computer monitors are in the way and it’s difficult to hear the person speaking). They can only seem to help one person at a time, so if there is an insurance hang up for someone, you’ll get to wait while the poor frustrated customer tries to navigate this. The one person I seem to routinely encounter always has to ask the one pharmacist for help. Maybe they need another qualified pharmacist? This pharmacy is convenient because I shop here regularly, but it’s beyond frustrating.
