  4 people behind the counter but they don't even look up at customers. They advertise no wait time for flu shots but had to wait for 20 min. Then she has me sit, and wait, and forgets about me 10/06/2025

  My prescriptions are continuously forgotten about and even the ones that their pharmacist says to not lapse in don't get filled on time.

  The worst pharmacy by far! The wait line is endless at all times because they like to spend time chitchatting with customers while we wait The staff cannot locate your prescription so disorganized they are so more time waiting When you ask them to reorder your prescriptions from your doctor they manage to order the wrong ones and get denied by your doctor because of their mistakes When you call them to check on the status of a prescription sent to them the day before according to the doctor, they simply put you on hold for over 16 minutes! Not to mention that it is outrageous in this day and age to have to deal with pharmacy employees who do not master the English language hence the countless errors! If you value your time and sanity get your meds from Amazon! This pharmacy is a disgrace!

  I moved my single, monthly prescription here about 9 months ago. Receipt of this single monthly refill has gone smoothly zero out of 9 times. If the app happens to work, I MIGHT get a notification it is ready for pickup. On the months it does not work, even a phone call does not suffice and I end up being surprised that it is in face NOT ready for pickup upon arrival and I'm asked to wait an additional 20 minutes. THEN on more then one occasion after calling, then being asked to wait, I'm told they don't have the pills in stock and it will be ANOTHER day. I'm not sure if the breakdown is technology or human but I will be moving my prescription elsewhere. If you have all day to wait and do not need your medicine in a timely fashion then THIS is the pharmacy for you. If you can and they state that your prescription is filled verify that the person on the phone can actually see the pills in a bottle with your name. There seems to be a big gap between what the system says and what the people say which is ultimately concerning.
