  I wish I could say my experience with with this clinic was excellent however,the billing practices of this clinic are borderline fraudulent. I paid full price for services and claims were not submitted to my insurance. I filed a grievance with Aetna and the insurance company advised them to provide me with a refund. The front desk staff has been helpful however the lack of integrity of the management is a serious issue. I just wonder how many patients never questioned their billing and was inappropriately charged. What a disgrace to the community you represent and the treatment of your patients. I have been in constant contact with the office and again I am told it is being processed. I am just asking for the company to make it right. The manager has zero accountability.

  I absolutely LOVE this dentist office! Dr. Mori, Dr. Zaldana, Hygienist Arnold and Carlo, Dental Assistants LaToya and Mayte, front desk team Angie and Jeanette, I can go on! Yes that’s how good they are that I can name every wonderful person who works there! I’ve lived in SD for just over 10 years and I was devastated leaving my dentist office from where I used to live. I struggled finding a good dentist in SD but then found this dentist office on Yelp and they did not disappoint! They’re all so kind, GENTLE, accommodating, educating, and perfectionist. I truly am so grateful to have found this dentist office, never ever leaving! Thank you to you all Affinity Dental Hillcrest. 🫶🏻

  Everyone that works here is super friendly and my cleaning was quick and fabulous. I am stoked to have found a great dentist.

  Care Team is great. Business/Billing practices are very difficult. Charge for services not delivered. Credit for overcharge is prolonged.

  I always have a good experience at Affinity. The staff are energetic, kind and I trust them to take good care of me and my teeth. While not crucial to my oral health, I love how they decorate for the holidays. I was here today before Thanksgiving and now I wish I could have scheduled something for Valentine's Day so that I can see what they roll out. Maybe I'll plan a filling or a crown for February. Arnold is a great dental hygienist and Marlena is also really personable and great at her job. I like that they will check in with questions like "doing okay?" and "still doing okay?" It also helps that they really mean it! The office is clean but homey. This means that it doesn't feel antiseptic or sterile. I appreciate that. Having said all this positive stuff, I do miss the old days of (what feels like) a really thorough cleaning. On one hand I'm glad a cleaning only takes 10 minutes (they used to be sooo long!) and I have been assured that a cleaning today is as effective as an old school scrape and pick, but those old cleanings really left you with a feeling that is not duplicated today... but I guess I'm experiencing dental hygiene nostalgia!
