Provided me with very helpful information and friendly customer service. They do not take my insurance, but they sent me a helpful list of providers that do, and I was able to schedule an appointment. Very much appreciate this caring service.

A+ dentistry with Dr. Janice is amazing. I normally have a lot of anxiety with dentist appointments but I received 5 star treatment here that kept me at ease. I originally came here for a second opinion because I had issues with a crown falling off, but now I’m here to stay. Dr. Janice and the staff here were extremely friendly, talked me through every step, were transparent from the beginning and solved my dental issue efficiently & effectively. I highly recommend their office!
My daughter was nervous, but the dentist made her laugh, explained things slowly, and made her feel brave. Watching her relax was the best part. I’m grateful they made something scary feel simple.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. There was a clear lack of transparency in pricing, and the overall experience felt unprofessional.
I was initially quoted and charged ₹4,000 in advance for a root canal treatment. However, I later received the same treatment from another reputable dental clinic for ₹2,000. When I requested a refund, I was informed that a 15% deduction would be applied despite no services having been rendered, which I found unreasonable.
Additionally, I felt uncomfortable with the repeated requests to provide a 5-star rating. Feedback should be voluntary and based on genuine patient experience, not encouraged under pressure.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I believe there is significant room for improvement in terms of pricing transparency, ethical practices, and overall customer service.

1 Star ⭐️ Frustrating Billing Issues & Difficulty Getting Records
I really wanted to have a positive experience here because my initial exam seemed fine, but unfortunately things became stressful after treatment. I was charged significantly more upfront than what my insurance later reflected as my patient responsibility, and getting clear billing answers has been frustrating.
My biggest concern has been trying to obtain my dental records and x-rays for follow-up care. Despite multiple written requests, I’ve had difficulty getting them released in a timely way, which created unnecessary stress while trying to continue care elsewhere. After delays with my receipt and records request, I was also instructed not to call or come into the office, which ultimately forced me to cancel a follow-up appointment just to comply.
I understand insurance processing can take time, but communication, professionalism, and transparency are extremely important in healthcare. Some interactions felt dismissive and unnecessarily tense, which made the situation more difficult than it needed to be.
I’m sharing this as a heads-up for others, ask detailed questions about billing, documentation, and records access upfront so you don’t end up dealing with added stress during what should be routine dental care.
