  I really enjoyed my experience at Body 20. Coach Emma was very enthusiastic, timely, and professional. I was really impressed by the effectiveness and convenience of hitting a challenging, fully body workout in a such condensed time. Looking forward to next time!

  I have been training at Body20 in Del Mar for about 6 months and I cant be more excited to continue this work with them. EMS training is a challenging style of working out but it definitely helps me to get back into strength training after an ACL and a MCL injury. Shot out to coach Nik is a fantastic trainer, kind, motivating, and very attentive to each person’s needs, his workout sequences are always creative and challenging and also Coach Jenni who always brings her awesome energy to sessions and pushes everyone to their limits! I highly recommend booking theirs classes ! :)

  Emma was so great! Welcoming, knowledgeable and so encouraging throughout the workout. Nothing like I’ve ever experienced & I am so glad I went- I WILL be back!
