  First time trying Barre3 and I’m obsessed! For me, it’s the perfect combination of cardio and weights, and you can adjust everything to your own level. After only five classes, I already feel stronger, more flexible and way more balanced. The instructors are amazing, not only are they super talented but they created such a safe, welcoming space every single class. You have to try it. You won’t regret it! 💪✨

  This staff at this studio has been consistently professional, positive, and kind, something that isn't always a given. The teachers are great, space is clean, and the equipment is well taken care of. I like the classes they offer, particularly the heavy weights class - would recommend!

  After years of sitting in pain and watching my muscle mass disappear from inactivity and early menopause, Barre is bringing me back to life! There are times when I’ve actually felt like I could cry during class. The instructors are amazing and I love recognizing people when I go in multiple times a week. Being new to San Diego from Seattle, Washington, it’s the one place I go where I feel like I’m a part of something. Thank you Barre in North Park!!!
