Fitness CenterStretchLab
StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab San Clemente offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- RFRandy FockerNov 29, 20225.0I had been suffering from a number of painful spots including lower back pain, nerve damage in my leg, planters facetious, and right hip pain. Yeah, I'm old... When I found out the StretchLab in San Clemente had opened I stopped by for a 55-minute trial session. Ed worked with me my first day and did an amazing job in showing me the benefit of getting stretched. I signed up for their 8 25 minute stretches a month before leaving the building. It has been almost 3 months now and I can't believe it but I am almost pain free. My planters facetious is "gone"--yeah you heard that right. š I barely notice any pain in my back now, and my entire body feels better on a daily basis. I have been doing morning sessions most of the time since starting and working with Anjali has been great. She knows her stuff and has been super helpful in getting me to this pain-free place. Thanks Anjali. If you are stiff, sore, have planters facetious, or back/shoulder/hip/anything pain, give this place a try. Thank you StretchLab for improving my day-to-day life.
