  Quest does an excellent job of making sure you are comfortable and asking about your history of pulling blood. It was quick and convenient.

  Quick, professional, streamlined and effecient. Best to make an appointment which can be easily made on their website that are 10-15 min apart. Self check-in at a kiosk was super simple and easy and was called within 5 min. ! Was out within 10. The lab techs (Jennifer was outstanding!) are professional, courteous and know what they are doing. The facility was very clean. If you are a walk-in, you will have to wait after the appts finish, the lobby was full and a couple people were there before and still waiting when I left because of no appt...just a side note.

  My veins are rolling. Due to my MS I do not feel any jabs in my arms or hands. They do not get crazy if they can't get the vein right off the bat. I tell them to "keep digging" bc it doesn't hurt. Thank goodness they listen to me! Success every time ‼️

  I was called in at exactly my appointment time. It was easy to check in. The facility was clean. The lab tech was fast and painless. The location was ideal!

  The people are friendly but professional. I have always been considered a "difficult stick"; but the tech found a vein without any problem. I was in and out in 19 minutes including the time it took to check in. They really are the best. I can't think of any area in which they need or could improve!!!
