After years of shopping at Albertson's we had a great experience at Ralph's in Talega. The people were very helpful in the produce area (except you have been out of lemons the past 2 visits), but the service in the deli area made such a great impression that it left us walking out of the store saying "we will be back here". The person working the deli area knew his products very well and offered up a few samples to help us decide on just the right meats. From there, the lady that was at the checkout was friendly and polite and even stood out in front of her register and waved us in as we approached her area. When an experience is really good, you find the time to send a note of a job well done
