Have come here twice for different reasons; the kiosk never works for check-in and I have ended up waiting like a walk-in or having to reschedule.

As someone in healthcare I’m very forgiving of other healthcare professionals…but holy crap. I have massive veins and the person who drew blood from me blew through my AC and then kept backing in and out to get blood return. Pretty sure the needle poked my lower bicep / tendon. I’m still sore days later which never happens. I also bruised which I never do. Go elsewhere if you can.

Checking was quick and efficient. The veins in my arms are difficult to find so I usually have my blood drawn from my right hand with little or no issues. The phlebotomist had trouble getting a vein in my R hand, and was able to draw from my L hand.
Marilisa was so kind and patient with me, and I really appreciated that. She made sure I was comfortable, as I get a little anxious when the needle goes in.

I came in at 9:26 am, there’s was ONE lady waiting with me, she had an appointment and I came as walk in, I do understand that as a walk in the priority goes to the person with an appointment, but if you had to wait 35 minutes for the next appointment to show up, it doesn’t make sense to keep someone waiting for that long, I’m waiting at the lobby for 1:38 minutes now when the screen when you check in as a walk in literally says I would have to wait up to 60 minutes, is been way more than that, very disappointing, i will not be coming to this place anymore, rather drive 40 minutes to do my tests at the hospital next time 👎🏻
