  I've been going to Barre3 classes in San Carlos for 6+ years, I think. I was hooked at my first trial class. Now I'm nearly 80 and I can't do without it. It's like physical therapy for my whole body. And the atmosphere and all the people there are so welcoming and delightful. If I had the time, I'd do a Barre3 San Carlos class everyday - it's the best thing I've ever done for my body, bar none (oops).

  I have been a member of the San Carlos Barre3 studio for almost 10 years. I guess you can say I am hooked :) Even though I no longer live in the area, I enjoying moving with the team over livestream. Can’t say enough good things about the instructors and the community they have built.

  I first became a member when b3 San Carlos opened in February 2016. It’s rare to find a workout that I genuinely look forward to, and have for almost ten years, that also gave me two of my best friends! I love the supportive, zero-judgment vibe that encourages me to listen to my body and find my personal edge. I appreciate the focus on functional health and the emphasis on mindfulness and connecting with my body - it makes every class feel meditative and empowering, leaving me feeling grounded and ready to take on my day. The instructors are excellent, and strength and cardio classes provide great variety, along with the rollout of new equipment. I’m very grateful for barre3 and hope to be moving ‘down an inch, up an inch’ for a very long time!
