My insurance was NVA but it could not reflect on the system. Appreciate the friendly staff (I think her name was Karen) in the store for helping me out

Eye doctor was amazing. Their sale associates are rude and refuse to give a refund for my contact lenses that I ordered on 12/11/25 & STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. I have used LensCraters my entire life & will never purchase anything ever again thanks to this location.

Apparently they own glasses.com, and they act like a crooked. S O B Online, you think you're able to use your insurance and you're only going to pay about $250 for glasses, then they say they accept your insurance and they charge you another $264, what the heck is that. The website is misleading all the way. They don't show the cost up front. The website is designed to trick you into paying for it without using your insurance or they double charge you

This LensCrafters was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure I had the proper eyecare. 'Thank You' The Dr was very knowledgable, and made sure I was happy with my (eye glass) prescription. She also made sure my prescription was a perfect fit and comfortable for my eyes. My glasses are a beautiful fit. Need I mention they also have many options, and choices of many different types of glasses. Whether you're looking for name brand glasses, prescription sunglasses or just affordable glasses, this LensCrafters has them all. This place was also very clean, and sanitized. They also accept most insurance. Thanks LensCrafters.

This lens crafters is hands down my favorite place to get my eye exams done and to pick out my glasses. The selection is incredible and the quality is even better! What I love the most is that their customer service is always top notch. They ALWAYS make you feel like family and have a way of making each visit special. Special shout out to April, she always goes above and beyond everytime she assists me. They are all incredibly friendly and helpful here. The manager is so kind and genuine, so I understand why the rest of the staff is as well! You will always be greeted with smiles. If you value grade A customer service and a durable, fashionable product, I highly recommend this lens crafters- it really is the best!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
