- LWLeonda WNov 12, 20252.0I called and they was able to get me in right away. I got the treatment I needed. A few cavities and I got a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning hurt so bad I kept jumping and the lady dentist did not care. The drill was too much for my sensitive teeth. My mouth still hurt all night and I woke up at now 3am and still pained. There’s no way she was that careless her assistant told her to turn the drill down.
- CGCarrie GuerreroNov 11, 20251.0Does dentist office is really off its rockers my mother-in-law went here and had all of her teeth removed after having all of her teeth taken out they were crazy enough to give her a carryout package of toothpaste floss toothbrush and other things for someone with teeth talk about adding insult to injury now she has been without any teeth for over 4 months and they still have not given her her teeth. This is not the only elderly person that they have taken advantage of that I am aware of. My mom also was taken advantage of charging for a crown and bridge that was never done . They tried to get you to get braces for your kids when they don't need them. Plus they make you wait forever in the waiting room. With a TV that has no picture and sound then you go in the back and you get sound but no picture.

The staff is all very friendly and the dental service itself is good (we’ve not had many problems with our dental work done). The only reason why I give it four stars instead of five is because there have been times where due to lack of effective communication, we’ve had to reschedule our appointments or we’re left a little confused about what to expect next in treatment plan. I would say to ask as many questions as you have and be sure to follow up with them often and you should be good ! :)
