  Well I get there and I find out that it is not a walk and n clinic anymore I need to make an appointment. I paid for my ride so I was not happy.

  After being told the wait would be over an hour but we could go home and call for an appointment, my friend chose not to wait and took a card with the 888 appointment number. That's where the fun began. She tried to make the appointment by phone...with a "robot". The "available" appointment given was ALREADY PAST! It was for that same day...but two hours previous to when the call was being made. We figured it was a glitch so waited awhile and this time I tried. I was given the exact same "available" time but, since I'm not a time traveler...that STILL wouldn't work. Trying to get a different time proved impossible because the robot wanted me to verbally say my selection but every time I did, all I got was, "I can't hear your selection. Please repeat." This happened FIVE times! We finally gave up and I will take my elderly friend BACK to this lab tomorrow because this is where her doctor told her she has to go but they will hear about this review and the poor technical side of their business. I'm just hoping the actual PEOPLE who work there will be better at their job than the robot woman was at hers.
