  In the morning when I took my mom, the first guy who walked into the waiting room came off as rude to the people there. There is a way of explaining rules without being so condescending. But the phlebotomists are great. My mom had the best care.

  Went in to get blood drawn instead of my doctor office and the nurse was to rough he gave me a hematoma.

  They have a good get in, get outsystem. Yet this particular day the phlebotomist went in a lil too deep, otherwise a good spot to get your blood work. I love the 1st lady to the right. She's been in the field for many years.
