  Quest doesn't seem to care about the clients' time due to the lack of staffing at Quest locations. See if you can go to another company for your lab work. Check the hours as this place closes for lunch and breaks. You may be waiting a long time even with an appointment. Morning break is around 0900 with lunch from 1100 to 1200. There is only one employee here seeing clients. This location seems to have only one employee working here. The location is not staffed to handle appointments and walk-ins. This location can barely handle appointments. Quest needs to hire more staff for many of their locations . One client was back there for over 50 mins while the waiting room filled up. It also didn't help during breaks there wasn't another employee to see clients. Seems the workers work at a speed of ensuring there is only time to see patients and not walk-ins. It was amazing that the only times we saw the employee was announcing her break and calling in appointments. Quest is going too cheap because of the lack of staff at locations. Would not recommend this location for appointments and walk-ins. The waiting room is small and there is only one kiosk to sign in.

  Thank you, Quest lab! First experience with medicine system in USA! Made appointment at 3:20! Came at 3:21! And there is noone, door closed. Actually I hear that there is someone but door closed. Staff might be not care or it's system works like that? Tell me please, how many times should we visit lab to give the test?

  This Place is the worst I wish there was a zero Star option anyway I took my 5 years old son for a blood work the African American Lady does not want to work So she made a student to draw blood from my Son The Student didn't have a clue how to draw the blood So She Couldn't put the needle in the catheter and missed the vein and my son start bleeding i was terrified by looking at the situation and they keep talking and laughing like nothing happened and I left without a blood work this happened on 09/17/2020 at 03:25 pm .
