  I walked in to pick up a test, there was only one other person waiting. The lady at the counter said I still needed to check in. She was doing nothing at the time of this conversation we were having. I checked in and then waited. She proceeded to then go through supplies. After waiting a bit, I asked if she could just help me with picking up the test. She said she was doing an audit. Clearly she could have helped me prior to starting her audit, but chose not to!! Rude and poor customer service!

  Great service! I’m really scared of blood work, but the doctor really calmed me down and she was really nice, fast and understanding !

  This location is a breath of fresh air in comparison to every other sacramento location, this Safeway Quest beats them all!!!! Thanks Quest, finally a well ran location!!!
