  We've had to come here several times for various test for family members. There is an attached parking garage with a small fee that needs to be used (the surface lot next door is for the small strip mall). You'll usually need to make an appointment online as the waiting area/check-in is fully automated with kiosks. The kiosk will read your QR code if you have it available, then scan the front and back of your ID and insurance card (again, if you have them). This makes everything pretty quick and you'll see your name on a waiting list up on a screen. Once called you'll be taken to an area where they'll perform whatever tests you've scheduled and check you out. Overall very quick and efficient, and only minor issue may be some traffic as it's next to downtown.

  This midtown office is very busy. My appointment was delayed by about 30 minutes.
