  The two ladies Tanya and Claudia are beyond rude and need to work on their customer service. I overheard both individuals speaking about another coworker who is actually pretty amazing. Working in HR myself for many years this was pretty disappointing as I come to this facility a lot. Keep in mind ladies other coworkers can hear you gossiping and the patients can you as well. Not to mention I also saw Claudia picking her nose and did not wash her hands after! Hopefully management does something about these two. As far as the facility goes it’s very clean and the other phlebotomist that I’ve come across are sweet and do a great job. These two are just bad for the company.

  It's slow. It's literally the DMV of labs. If your fasting, a diabetic and are supposed to give a urine they'll just let you sit and ignore you. 50 mins with needing to go to the bathroom and everyone else gets called even tho I was the first one here. It's a crappy corporate company. UPDATE after over an hour of waiting and being told that cause I was standby I wasn't a priority. I left! Labcorp here i come. Labcorp is the alternative to quest. If you want to quit quest.

  The young woman who took my blood was pleasant, caring, and efficient. She was excellent. I'd give her 10 stars and more if there were more!

  Took forever even with an appointment. They should be able to think ahead that it would be busy in the afternoon. Don't come here.

  I had a 9:20am appointment and when I arrived the stupid self check in would not recognize my appointment time. It then changed my appointment to 1145. Then I had to bang on a locked door for 10 minutes to find a employee to help fix the problem. The self check in is a terrible system. It also took me 6 days of waiting to make the original appointment
