  I’ve been a loyal Quest Diagnostics customer for the past 10 years, but today was absolutely the first time I’ve had such a horrendous experience. The employee, Madison, was aggressive, hostile, and completely unprofessional. I was so taken aback that I had to walk out and refuse her service. I am deeply disappointed and hope this is addressed quickly.

  This place amazing! I checked in about 11:10 for an appointment at 11:20. I sat down and was called in within 5 minutes! I also got the nicest young lady to draw blood. Fantastic place!

  So hard to get seen… making a appointment which is rare to find and even doing a walk in appt the computer said sorry for the inconvenience no more walk in are being accepted… how am I supposed to get my overdue blood test done if I can’t ever make a appointment

  I was taken back for the lab procedure exceptionally fast. The phlebotomist was friendly, and she provided step-by-step details to prepare me during the entire process of my lab. The whole experience was positive, and I could tell the staff love their work, as it showed in their demeanor, body language, and communications.
