Pharmacy techs are friendly but inexperienced (tried to give me the wrong medication once), pharmacists have been curt on the phone and seem overwhelmed by the workload. In addition to this it takes forever to get medications filled and I've had numerous times I've called in and they didn't have a particular medicine and I had to wait days for it to show up. Switching pharmacies now and even that has been an ordeal. I love Safeway for shopping so the pharmacy being so subpar has been a huge disappointment. Would not reccomend.
