I've never dealt with a worse pharmacy. They rarely ever pick up the phone and there is almost always an issue with an order. On top of that, their phone number does not accept messages, so if no one answers, there is no way to leave a callback request. The last time I finally reached someone and asked why my medication was taking so long to process, I was told, “Sorry, we’re just really backed up and busy,” which seems to be the ongoing excuse. This is unacceptable for a pharmacy, where many medications are time sensitive and critical to a person’s health. The consistent lack of responsiveness and repeated problems make this location unreliable and stressful to deal with.

This is not a good pharmacy. They have SO many staff doing absolutely nothing. I have had to come back multiple times to pick up medications due to them being out for 1 hour in the day, due to them not having things ready, or just having 1 pharmacist. Their text system is slow and used differently by staff. They take a long time to fill orders and to get back to you. Getting on the phone with staff is also difficult! I will be switching pharmacies ASAP!

I have experience nothing but problems with this store I have called the higher ups on them because every time my Pain Management medicine comes through there's always something going wrong with it. The pharmacist has their audacity to tell me that she knows best went to feel and not to feel my medication and always has questions about why I need this and what is it for and it's really none of her business is prescribed by a position a pain management position so I don't understand why there should be any problems I'm to the point of taking my business somewhere else if this continues on any longer if corporate doesn't do something about this then it's going to be their loss of all the patients.

They always do their best to help, even though if they are out specific medicine and have to order it they will do their best to fill it as soon as possible. Thank you 👍

Scheduled an appointment for my flu and Covid! I had a limited time so I used the online to schedule an appointment! When I arrive they have no record of my appointment! What a complete waste of time! I will never come to this location again!
