I’ve been using this pharmacy since it opened and it’s so much better than CVS and Walgreens. I rarely have to wait to pick up my medications and the pharmacists have been very helpful! No one has ever been rude or dismissive. My health care plan required I use a mail order pharmacy for some prescriptions and it was a nightmare. If they didn’t have stock they couldn’t source it from anywhere else I had to wait for it until they restocked and couldn’t get any updates or expected delivery date. I paid more and got those filled at Safeway because I have better service and when there was a inventory issue they worked to find the medication for me and got it to my pharmacy is a reasonable amount of time! I’m grateful to have them close by!

Pharmacy is abelist and rude. They do not understand that insurance will absolutely not pay for a dual prescription so they will mansplain to you how everyone else's insurance pays for duplicate prescriptions then gaslight you into thinking something is wrong with you for begging the question in the first place while calling you Karen because their jive talk ain't giving confidence. Left the pharmacy crying on my birthday for trying to tell them they gave me too much medicine. I am the problem.

Usually pretty good, until there is an issue. Then they are silent, dismissive and won’t give you updates or information on why your prescription has taken more than 7 days to fulfill. I had to pry it out of the pharmacist of why I am having to wait and not have medication that I need. It is extremely dangerous for people on medication to run out and abruptly stop. It could have been very helpful for them to take a few minutes out of their day to update patients on what is going on and when they can expect it, so that they can plan and not have a lapse in dosing. Anyone with any semblance of a medical background could understand this. Do better.

Asking a simple question and the guy in the lab coat couldn't have been more rude. Very surprised at their customer service standards If someone responds spare me the fake canned copy and pasted waste response 🙄
