  Even though my father ultimately wasn’t able to become a patient here due to insurance limitations, I still wanted to take the time to write a review because the customer service I received from this office was truly exceptional. I reached out several times while trying to navigate denture options for my dad, and Love who helped me each time went completely above and beyond to answer my questions and help me understand his eligibility and options. She was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough even though my father wasn’t a patient at the clinic. That level of kindness and professionalism is rare and meant so much while we were trying to figure everything out. Unfortunately, after checking with his insurance, we learned that Neubite does not accept his insurance, so we weren’t able to move forward with treatment there. That said, if their office had been an option for us, we absolutely would have chosen them without hesitation. If circumstances ever change on our end, we would love the opportunity to work with this team. Based on the compassion, professionalism, and time Love gave us—even when she didn’t have to—I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for denture care. They clearly care deeply about helping people, and we’re very grateful for the guidance they provided.

  I think that when people are in the business of doing dentures they should be able to listen to what the individual would like done. I noticed that when I try to mention what I wanted for my new denture to Dr Raskin he look irritated. I received my new denture and it had the same missing part of a molar that the old one had. I specifically ask that the new denture be a bit fuller in front to compensate for an accident I had year ago this was not done. The color to pale not natural. It's not the kind of work I expected I'm not happy.

  Dr. Raskins is not a dentist- he is an artist. A true legend in denture artistry if there ever was one. He went above and beyond for me. What he gave me was a facelift plus the ability to smile again just with new dentures. My only disappointment is this beautiful man will not be around forever. I wish I met him years ago. His assistant her name is Love, she's incredible. You cant help but love her. You will never meet such a wonderful, personable and caring team like this in your lifetime. I'm really honored to have met them both and the help they gave me will never be forgotten.
