ZERO stars!! Absolute worst place ever with terrible service and no care for their clients at all!! My husband has been waiting for his new chair for 2 years and all we have been given is the run around. Our phone calls were ignored, we could not order the chair that we wanted even though insurance approved it and we were even willing to pay out of pocket but we were told they couldn't order him a titanium chair because it was to expensive for them. Plus our order was canceled 3 times and not by us, by them because nobody there knows what to do. 2 weeks ago we finally got the call saying its ready and guess what Rafael ordered the wrong chair!! We will never use this company again!!

We had such a great experience with Jordan at National Seating & Mobility! Even though it was already past closing time, he kindly waited for us at 4pm and still assisted with my son’s car seat. He was so accommodating, professional, and genuinely friendly. His smile and customer service really stood out.he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This guy is pretty awesome, and we truly appreciate his extra effort!

I would put 0 stars if I could. I have been trying to get an adaptive car seat since June 2024.i have been referred and provided all the correct documents needed. They will never return my phone calls. You can never talk to anyone at the direct location and always a call center. Told management has been advised of my issues and they still won’t even call me back. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I am desperate to get this car seat as she doesn’t have a safe car seat that fits her weight with the car seat straps. It shouldn’t take over a year to get a car seat. Not even close to
Even get one with no one returning my calls. Avoid this company!

The worst company to deal with. I have a child that is disabled and requires a lot of equipment and have had to work with them for several years. They don't return calls or schedule anything in a timely matter. My son's latest equipment order was started last year they received the equipment to them in February but couldn't deliver it until end of April. They call us that have an opening in March, only to tell us day of "actually we don't have enough time to set it up but we'll drop it off". The delivery men then sat out front and smoked but they don't have time to install. Then they wouldn't return our calls to schedule install for weeks only to now say that can't install it until mid May. This is unacceptable! This equipment is necessary for his safety and the delays at no fault of our own is infuriating. I hope an manager returns my calls and gets this taken care of. I dread that we have other orders in process with them as well. Our insurance unfortunately only works with them or I would have never gave them my business after my first order several years ago and it seems to only get worse!

I have been waiting for a technician to repair my wheelchair for months. There is no end in sight and no communication from the company. Their phone lines put you on hold for 15 minutes, then go to voicemail. Despite saying they will, they never return calls or provide information. As someone confined to a wheelchair, a repair that takes months and leaves me unable to move for that time is unacceptable. Though the individuals are nice enough, this company is a nightmare to deal with.
A wheel fell off, rendering the chair completely unusable? We'll get around to it next year...
