Branches Elk Grove

Branches Elk Grove, a Service of Sierra Vista Hospital is located in Sacramento, CA provides partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) tailored for adults struggling with behavioral health disorders, chemical dependencies or co-occurring disorders. We also provide PHP and IOP services to guide adolescents through mental or behavioral health challenges and equip them with the tools they need to communicate their needs and achieve long-term well-being.
