- LLLeila LopezFeb 21, 20261.0Scheduling, the appointment was very quick and efficient online. However, my office visit experience was nothing like the scheduling. The staff is very unpleasant when asking questions to where it makes you feel uncomfortable even asking. I felt rushed, financially intimidated, and overall left my appt feeling lost. Nothing was explained to me at all. I had no idea what to do after the actual exam. I had to pay for services that I was told are needed for the exam which my VSP insurance said was absolutely not needed I went for contact rx, & left with a glasses rx. I was charged for a "contact lens fitting/exam" but was never fitted with any contact lens at all. I was told wrong information several times by the two associates up front. I left there just really feeling lied to, pressured, and extremely intimidated to where I was even uncomfortable asking any questions about my services, follow up procedure, and final bill. I called 3 days after my appt to request a copy of my contact lens rx, I was told the dr. already ordered my contact lenses and they'd be available to pick up in 4-6 was. I had no idea. Still haven't received the contact rx.
