    101 mobility was the only company out of three we asked for certain information in writing where they delivered in a very timely manner. Sales representative was not a hard sell and easy to work with. November 5th, 2025, installation was professional and installer knew the answer to every question asked. Installation was done in under 4 hours, including training. Training was thorough and easy to understand. We would recommend this company.

    I wish I could give 101 Mobility 10 stars. From the very first phone call with Virginia to the final installation with Eli, this company has gone above and beyond. I needed a chair lift installed on very short notice and Virginia was able to squeeze in a home evaluation the next day. Rodney was right on time, measured everything and took photos. He gave me and estimate on the spot with no upsell pressure, just what I asked for. Virginia (or Terry) was able to schedule my installation just in time for my wife’s homecoming so she could access the upstairs. Eli arrived right on time and was very professional every step. When he was short a component he called his wife to meet him with the part so he could complete the installation on time. Amazing to see how important it was for this team to do the job right and on time. Overall I’m thrilled with the company and their products. FWIW, we had the Bruno Elan installed and it’s so much better than I expected for what we paid. My sincere thanks to everyone at 101 Mobility for helping us access our upstairs.

    Excellent service on my 5 year old 101 Mobility stairlift, very prompt, thorough, checked all aspects, replaced dual batteries, explained best practices in maintaining chair in top condition. I am very pleased!
