Prescription was placed while I was wrapping up my appointment and ready shortly after leaving. Staff was friendly. Dr was kind and answered all my questions. Thanks Carbon Health!
- TLTrina LongMar 12, 20265.0Not 5 stars!! Zero. Don’t go here. Sure they were nice but medically incompetent. Had sinus infection first time, lady who saw me didn’t believe me when I told her teeth hurt because of sinus pressure. Second time, 2 weeks later, could not get in at regular doc again. Went back. 2 raging infections, sinus and pharyngitis that was closing up my throat. Golf ball size glands. Could barely drink water. I was crying because of pain. The nurse practitioner had a good bedside manner. I’ll give her that. They do not do a medical intake form so she never inquired about current medication. I got spoken to by the pharmacist because she did not know I was on meloxican and she prescribed Tylenol 600. Pharmacist was upset. Also put me on low dose of steroids for swelling. 2 days later, I’m sicker. Saturday, go to urgent care. Could not open mouth swab. Could not get anything in. Doc saw it this bad in the hospital. Got an immediate shot in my glutes, 10 days of antibiotics and steroids. This is a very bad place. I have all the documentation that proves the incompetence.
