  I took part in the sound bath experience at yoga six. I have done some baths in the past. But right from the start I could tell that this one would be different. I felt accepted and comfortable right from the start before even entering the studio. Once in the studio that acceptance and comfort level just increased. I was able to get into my meditative state very quickly. Once I was in my meditative state, I was completely at peace. But I want to share that I had a childhood memory that I completely forgotten that surfaced. Add to sound too cliché, but it was not only wonderful but a bit magical to me. I was experiencing it as if I was watching myself during a time in my childhood when I was still loved and cared for. This memory came from A time in my childhood that I have never remembered before. Everything was so crisp and clear. I have nothing but gratitude for the help and experiencing this. I wholeheartedly recommend the sound bath experience to anyone who wants to experience this.

  I have done sound baths before, but I want to share That this sound bath was different in a lot of terrific ways. The comfort level was definitely there right from the start. I felt at ease before I even entered the studio. I was actually able to obtain my meditative state rather quickly. And during that meditative state, I had a memory from my childhood that I had not remembered before. It brought me such peace. It’s like I was there watching myself in that memory. I am not experienced that type of memory regression before. At least not in a positive way. So I want to say thank you so much for this experience. I plan to continue taking part in the sound bath experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who wants to experience this kind of joy.

  We visited the Roseville studio for a Sculpt & Flow class. It was great! The instructor (Alicia) was personable, friendly and fun. What I love about visiting YogaSix studios when I travel is that you know what you are getting; however, each studio has its own personality and lovely people!

  Great classes. Small class size in a very spacious studio makes for a comfortable class. Lovely customer service team at desk.

  The staff and teacher were incredibly accommodating and friendly to me when I did a drop-in class while I was traveling. Donna taught a great class and made a small class feel accessible and challenging.
