I originally dealt with The Good Feet Store in Chandler, AZ - I had nothing but wonderful things to say about the company or their employees. I recently moved to Northern California and searched out a Good Feet Store in Roseville, CA. The employee there, Monique, was so very very helpful. A very caring and understanding gal - and she “knows her business”. Thanks Monique!!

Mark (Roseville) did a great job explaining the system to me. Already my feet feel better and my energy is up, and that’s just on day two. I’m a believer In Good Feet!

I recently had an incredible experience at The Good Feet Store that I felt compelled to share. I actually happened to be in the area and decided to pop in on a whim. I’ll admit, I felt a little awkward walking in without an appointment, especially since the store was busy and the staff were already deep in conversation helping other customers. However, the wait was short, and I was soon greeted by Caroline, the Assistant Manager. Caroline immediately put me at ease. She mentioned that their next scheduled appointment wasn’t for another hour, which completely removed that "rushed" feeling I was worried about. She was incredibly patient and took the time to clearly explain every aspect of their products from start to finish. What I appreciated most was her approach, she wasn’t pushy at all and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. It felt like she genuinely cared about finding the right solution for my specific needs. As for the results? The insoles I purchased feel amazing. The persistent pain I usually felt in my feet and ankles is completely gone. If you're looking for professional expertise and a staff that truly listens, I cannot recommend Caroline and this location enough!

First time in the brand new store. Also, the last. We missed the grand opening - First time in, employee states “Do you have an appointment? You’ll have to wait.” No Hi!Welcome! Just “Oh good - another customer….” She proceeded to complain that it always happens when she’s alone…customers..to the customers she had cornered in her desk area already. . It was a record Folks - under 2 minutes in!! I spend $250 at minimum for 1 pair of shoes. Hope this employee was worth it. Saturday March 14th. Amazon for the win…..🏅 Customer Service is key!!!

I had a really good experience with Justin explaining all about the Good Feet System. I had no idea how much went into this system. I learned a lot. Justin was patient with me. He took his time and answered my many questions. I liked the idea that I could try each support in different shoe, including my own. And at my age, I'm happy to find something that will help with balance and walking. It was a great experience. Judy

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
