  Employees were rude and some people were meant to be seen an hour ago. The lady with short hair who calls out names is beyond rude and spends most of the time loudly on her phone. If you so much as try to tell her how long you've been waiting she will be nasty..

  I went to this Quest location after an appointment at Sutter Roseville. When I walked in the waiting area didn't smell the best and was a very cold feeling with no receptionist to greet you as you arrived. Quest has a kiosk where you have to enter your information and be placed on their wait list. When I walked up all it said was first name and last name. So I entered my name and the screen went to a starting page. I thought I was logged in. A person from the back came out, said my name and asked if I had a specimen to drop off. I said no I need a blood test. She looked irritated and I didn't know why. But apparently the person before me entered their information and walked away before entering their name. I had no idea at first that this occurred. So I walked outside and went online to schedule an appointment for another Quest closer to my home.

  Staff was rude and refused to help draw my son’s labs even though we had an appointment and were checked-in. It was end of day Friday and she came out to locking the door despite us waiting in the waiting room for 15 mins.
