  I arrived close to 5:00pm. I asked of a gentleman who was working there that I only had a urinalysis test for Drugs, and I didn’t have an appointment. Despite it was close to 5:00 pm he extremely kindly agreed to check in me. It was an unforgettable moment he made for me. Thank you sir!

  This is the second time now I have had to explain to the tech what my standing orders are. They are in the computer and there is really only 2 techs there that know what they are doing. The stick left a massive bruise which I have never had before. Subsequently, the order was inputted wrong and I had to get my labs redone wasting a scheduled follow up to go over the labs completely unacceptable after I have been coming here for years. I'm now contemplating switching labs and companies altogether.

  The employees are helpful. It's generally very difficult for people to be able to find my veins to withdraw the blood, but the employees here are very good at. The appointment and check-in systems are very efficient. You can set your appointment on your computer or the Quest mobile app. You can quickly check-in on the app when you arrive at the Quest location.

  I arrived early because I didn't want to inconvenience others if I was late, and the laboratory technician called me a little earlier than my scheduled time, which was very helpful. There were also two check-in kiosks, and by following the instructions on the screen, the process went smoothly and without any issues. The blood draw was also done without any issues, and I felt it was done professionally. I think it's inevitable that waiting times will vary a little. There are people who complain, but I think it depends on the person, but if you don't want that, I think you can avoid waiting by making an appointment first thing in the morning. I had a good impression here
