First time in the brand new store. Also, the last. We missed the grand opening - First time in, employee states “Do you have an appointment? You’ll have to wait.” No Hi!Welcome! Just “Oh good - another customer….” She proceeded to complain that it always happens when she’s alone…customers..to the customers she had cornered in her desk area already. . It was a record Folks - under 2 minutes in!! I spend $250 at minimum for 1 pair of shoes. Hope this employee was worth it. Saturday March 14th. Amazon for the win…..🏅 Customer Service is key!!!

I had a really good experience with Justin explaining all about the Good Feet System. I had no idea how much went into this system.
I learned a lot. Justin was patient with me. He took his time and answered my many questions. I liked the idea that I could try each support in different shoe, including my own. And at my age, I'm happy to find something that will help with balance and walking. It was a great experience. Judy

Caroline made me feel like I was her only customer. She was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend visiting her.

I would only return to this store if I could schedule an appointment with the woman who works there. I witnessed her being friendly and helpful to her customers.
Unfortunately, it was the opposite experience I've had twice (as a walk in) with Justin.

Complete lack of customer service. Walked in, no acknowledgement we were even there. Waited 5 min as they were all busy. Never once a mention they will be us. Just ignored. Dont waste your time here.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet arch supports different from regular inserts and insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible function to correct poor foot biomechanics and offer long-term pain relief, unlike standard inserts sold online or in stores.
Can arch supports help if I already wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, many foot discomforts stem from foot biomechanics rather than the shoes. Arch supports stabilize your foot, minimizing pain from common foot issues.
