StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Roseville offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

The fact that my insurance covers it means it's great for people who are slowly aging, which is literary everyone. I'm on the lower end of "old" and I'm hoping that by stretching and keeping active I will be healthier as I grow older. StretchLab is almost like a massage, they bend you and shape you any way you want or need, and if you have soreness, they will help you more with their massage gun. Their app makes it easy to manage the scheduling. Try it -you'll like it !

After a recommendation from my CMT, I started at Stretch has made a huge difference. The owners of the StretchLab at Twelve Bridge , Anna and Brian, have created a friendly atmosphere. The staff is very knowledgeable. So far I have worked with Karen, Alyssa, Alexandria, Jeremy and I believe his name is John. They have all been great. I would also like to recognize the receptionist staff , Brooke and another young woman who have both helped me. Everyone at this location seem to have great attitudes. Looking forward to many years of feeling as good as I possibly can.
