I have been using this pharmacy for at least 15 years. Even though the employees have changed from time to time I've gotten great service.

I will not go to Blue Oaks Safeway for vaccines. Front desk pharmacy person was very nice on the phone (hence the stars are for her) but pharmacist was total opposite (0 stars). Tried to schedule a vaccine for college-bound child - Pharmacist was rude and told me my child was not 'allowed' to receive this particular vaccine and that I'm wrong about it being required (even though it's spelled out in vax requirements from school). Pharmacist gave inaccurate information and was extremely condescending. I checked with a different Safeway pharmacy and was given accurate info and they completely understood the college vax requirements with no concerns.

Extremely condescending, didn't listen to what we were trying to communicate. Didn't seem to care, just tried to brush us off. Terrible customer service. Go to another pharmacy if you can.
