- JBJules BallNov 8, 20251.0So I had just finished complimenting this store for how fabulous they had been in taking care of my controlled substances. Well today I got to have some issues with Tom, it was my fault that I ran out of Meds so I was trying to ask why my script was archived and could they handle getting it sent over for a refill. He really couldn't give me a direct answer so I started getting rude and asked if he could just handle it. Tom finally said yes. I wasn't comfortable with his delayed reply so I call my Dr.'s office and spoke with them and they said just have the pharmacy call them direct to get a partial filled until the beginning of the week when Dr.'s are in. I called the Pharmacy back only to find out that Tom is the pharmacist on duty and he refused to call the office to get a partial fill. He stated that he sent it electronically and he couldn't do anything else. So now here I am out of Meds because once again my fault that I ran out, life just gets in the way. Shouldn't the Pharmacist be more helpful? I know I was rude but shouldn't Tom be more helpful as a Pharmacist?
