- SPSophie ParmeleeDec 30, 20251.0I’ve been going to CP for a few years now on and off in different locations. The one in Elk Grove was pretty understanding and actually answered their phones. This one, they lock doors even if it’s a minute after and you’re new to the area. I think this is my last time going to CP. It’s not worth the money personally. Much more relaxing, and less ableist vibes at your local yoga or Pilates Branch.

There are so many types of classes to choose from. Something to match any mood or ability. It never gets stale. The club is clean and welcoming. Since Kim has become manager, the merchandise selection is so good. I highly recommend this studio.
