I have attended 730 Pilates classes at Roseville Pilates and still loving it! The staff and instructors are the best. I have a detached rotator cuff and the exercises have really helped my strength and mobility. I do appreciate it when the instructors change things up so it stays interesting and fun. Lani Walthers

I thought working out was a thing of the past due to knee issues. As it turns out, Pilates is excellent for that. The staff are all friendly and the instructors are good at helping out with modifications for physical limitations. Signing up for classes online is super easy (my only peeve is that online there is no way to automatically add the workout to my google calendar - I have to do that manually). The location works well for me and there is tons of parking.
