The doctor came in quickly and had my x-rays done and I was on my way, all in about 35 minutes. Everyone that I saw here were very nice and sympathetic to my issue. I would definitely come here again if I need urgent care.

- TFTK FitzFeb 5, 20261.0Absolutely completely useless! A complete waste of my time and money! I had an appointment and I was there for an hour and 45 minutes before they even saw me. After waiting forever to be seen, they don’t even send in the doctor. The person that walked in Had a shitty attitude and didn’t even care what I was there for. I told her that I had possibly an ear infection or even a sinus infection as I’ve had them many times before so I know what they are and exactly how my body is with them. After spending two minutes with me, she said there’s nothing wrong with you and sent me on my way. I left there and went to Sutter urgent care and was seen in 10 minutes and in that 10 minutes they found I had a very severe sinus infection and would’ve been dangerous to go untreated very longer. Not only is this place lousy but it is extremely dangerous for your health to go here. God only knows what would’ve happened if I would’ve just let that very severe sinus infection go and get worse.

The PA, Marie, her medical assistant, Kayla and the receptionist were all so welcoming and professional. I didn't have to wait long before being called in, maybe 10-15 minutes at most and then the assistant reviewed vital information and the PA entered within minutes. The team was very helpful when I had a bad time with the inhaled medication as it made me cough a lot, but their presence was greatly appreciated and the medication really worked. I feel I received the best of care from people who genuinely cared.
